A Day Together

There's been quite a bit going on since the last post. School and work have taken up quite a bit of my time, and it's not been too cool. I kinda miss hanging out with my wife and spending time together. We finally put a stop to that today though. I worked on Sunday and got today off. So, we spend the whole entire day together. We started out by talking when we woke up. Then we took Nilson down to the dog park in Sandy and ran him out of energy. The best part was when he took his frisbee, set it down on the ground and laid right on top of it. It was as if he were saying, OK ENOUGH! NO MORE! Can't you see my tongue lopping down almost on the ground? I pick it up and bring it back to you, and you throw it away. Sheesh, some dogs peoples!

We then spent most of the rest of the day down at Temple Square. We went through the family movie on the second floor of the North Visitors Center. Then went and watched the Joseph Smith movie in the Joseph Smith Memorial Building. Georgette said she hadn't seen the movie. We also saw an older missionary who always gives me and my co-workers a hard time about cleaning the windows whenever he sees us. We walked around a little after the movie and then came home.

Georgette is working for JetBlue now, and will be coming home soon, hopefully. The doctor's appointment went really well. Georgette has a good weight and great blood pressure. Go go gadget working out! We are really excited about Andrew coming to join us in this life. A bit nervous from time to time.... but I guess that's to be expected.

It was just a really nice day getting to spend it with Georgette. We both agreed that we get to spend more days like this together. Here is a picture of us in front of the reflection pool right near the temple.

Yeah for a new post. I am so glad you were able to spend some time together! I know how rotten and miserable that one can be! Enjoy your time with just you two, too! I love my son to death, but it definitely makes things a bit more challenging when you are working around your schedules and then naptime, lunch time, etc... You guys have quite a bit on your plates. Remember to just take it one bite at a time!
