Merry Belated Christmas

We just had our first Christmas together. It was a great time and we both enjoyed the gifts. Georgette got "Brother Bear" and some other gifts that included a lighthouse calender. I got some snowboarding gloves and some school supplies. Nilson got a huge bone that has caused a strange occurrence. He has chosen to ignore his owners and spent his time making out with that bone.... Well maybe not making out, but he sure has spent a lot of time with his mouth attached to it. The cats received some kitty crack (wet cat food) and thoroughly devoured it. I think we may have to seek a 12 step recovery program for them. Another gift we gifted to each other is a Cannon camera with lots of bells and whistles. They (the bells and whistles) really can be noisy at night so we wear ear plugs to bed. Here are a few of our pictures. Georgette and I are also 20 weeks along! We are at the Wednesday of our pregnancy!

testing

This is a test of the emergency blogging system, this is only a test.

Introducing...

Welcome one and all! This is the latest episode of Name That Ultrasound!!!!! Tonight's newest guest is a little fellow in the location of Georgette's womb. He's about 7" tall/long and weighing in at a whopping 5oz! Ladies watch out!

Georgette and I are getting used to the newfangled contraptions called technology. We just had our ultrasound and here are a couple pictures of them. Bear in mind that it really isn't all black, white and gray. It really does represent a little baby boy. We edited out his naughty bits with a black strip(Not to be confused with "strop" which just happens to be a leather working tool), so those who are embarrassed by nudity, have no fear! The black strip is here!

The First Blog

This is a picture of Nilson, our golden retriever that "never" gets fed. He weighs 89 pounds and is obviously skin and bones.

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Doggies! This is a very exciting time for Georgette and I. We just found out that we are going to be having a boy! I think Georgette was a little surprised at the news. I really had no feeling one way or another about either because there are differences to having either. Having a boy is nice because I don't have to worry about the dating scene when he turns 16 like I would with a girl. They do tend to eat more, and can be more energetic in some ways than girls. If he's anything like me, we may become well acquainted with the emergency room hospital staff. (knocks on wood)
