The New Year and the New Bundle

This year sure has a lot of exciting things happening. Georgette and I recently went in to our doctor's appointment and we had the large ultrasound where they measured everything and we got a little video with a few pictures. He's grown up so much! You can see his body parts and things are more defined. It is also a huge reality check for us. This is a real and viable person who is about to be our responsibility to teach and care for. It is also very exciting to think of the future and what lies in store for us.

I have also started back to school and going full time with 13 credit hours. I am taking Math, English, Astronomy, and History of America. They are all very exciting to me and I am glad to be back in school and working towards a job that will be more effective in providing for our family. The teachers seem really good and I feel good about having them as teachers. The schedule is a little crazy and I spend less time with Georgette, but in the long run, I will be able to spend more time with her in the future. I am grateful for her in my life and kicking me in the behind into the doors of Salt Lake Community Collage.

Georgette will be starting work for JetBlue at the end of this month as a reservationist. She seems excited about it and it will also allow us to travel the world on standby! It will allow her to work at home for a while. She is excited to work for JetBlue.

The animals are still alive and we have found ways to remove the signs that they've made saying they are being ignored and abandoned. Who would have thought that leaving an English book on the floor would have produced such intelligent poets? Here is an excerp of one of their posters.

There once was a dog and two cats,
who by sitting around became fat,
their owners were away,
and they hardly got to play,
Please find us some new owners fats!

They still have some spelling problems, but I hope they will give up on those efforts.

Exciting! I am so glad you are in school, too. Sounds like an interesting semester. Good luck with everything and you'd better have a talk with your little munchkin so he doesn't decide to make his grand entry during your finals!
